Zygi is a retro Southern-style wall lamp 3D-printed from a bioplastic derived from renewable resources that will infuse a Mediterranean and vintage touch into your interior.
Its wavy arm is inspired by the typical ironwork found on windows and balconies in the South of France. A simple and expressive line that evokes local craftsmanship, sun-drenched Provençal facades, and the unique atmosphere of the French Riviera.
Its geometric, slightly textured lampshade evokes a drop of water suspended after a hot summer day.
At the crossroads of organic and geometric forms, Zygi revisits certain design references from the 80s while maintaining a contemporary and timeless aesthetic. This encounter between Mediterranean inspiration, local craftsmanship, and vintage heritage gives rise to a wall lamp that I like to call retro Southern-style.
More than just a wall light, Zygi adorns a wall and diffuses a warm light.
Zygi is 3D-printed from PLA, a bioplastic derived from corn starch.
The lampshade is made from PLA tinted with recycled scallop shells, the mineral particles of which provide a subtle texture and a soft, slightly pearlescent light.
The wavy arm is available in several shades obtained through the addition of organic or mineral residues that naturally color the material. Each finish thus possesses its own nuance, texture, and character.
