The company Julie Mallet Studio , registered under SIRET number 52774753900064, whose head office is located at 3bd de Noailles in Marseille, represented by Julie Mallet, in her capacity as manager, offers the sale of 3D printed biomaterial objects.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the company Julie Mallet and any customer making a purchase on the site www.juliemallet.co m (hereinafter referred to as "the site") or via any other sales channel, for products/services offered by the company Julie Mallet.

3. Acceptance of the T&Cs

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. These are subject to change at any time; the version applicable to the order is the one in effect on the date of purchase.

4. Products and services

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, Julie Mallet cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation. The product photos are not contractual.

5. Price

The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise indicated. Delivery costs and other possible costs are clearly mentioned before the customer validates the order.

Julie Mallet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

6. Order

The customer can place an order via the website or any other channel designated by the company Julie Mallet. Any order is firm and final once confirmed by email.

Julie Mallet reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.

7. Payment

Payment for orders is made via the methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment must be made in full before delivery of the products. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled.

8. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute an obligation of result for the company Julie Mallet. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

9. Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order. To exercise this right, the customer must notify his intention in writing to the company Julie Mallet at hello@juliemallet.com.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a product defect. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

10. Warranty

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact Julie Mallet as soon as possible at hello@juliemallet.com.

11. Liability

Julie Mallet cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow the instructions provided.

Under no circumstances can the company Julie Mallet be held liable for any indirect damage, such as loss of turnover or damage to brand image.

12. Intellectual property

All elements present on the site (texts, images, logos, brands, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

13. Personal data

The personal information collected when ordering is necessary for processing the order and managing business relations. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.

14. Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to contact Julie Mallet as a priority to try to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of Julie Mallet.
