Returns & Refunds
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
1.1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by email to hello@juliemallet.com.
The withdrawal message must include:
〰️ Your name ,〰️ The order number ,
〰️ The date of receipt of your order,
〰️ Products affected by the return.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
2.1. Products eligible for return
Products must be returned in their original condition , unused and in their original packaging , accompanied by all possible accessories (labels, instructions, etc.).
The following products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect:

2.2. Return period
Products must be returned within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw.
3. Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
〰️ Generate your return voucher by logging into your customer area by clicking on the following link: https://account.juliemallet.com
〰️ Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging or any other packaging that provides adequate protection.
〰️ Include a copy of the purchase order or withdrawal message in the package.
〰️ Send the package to the following address:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product delivered is defective or does not comply with the initial order. In this case, the costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.
4. Refunds
4.1. Reimbursement period
Once the products have been returned and checked by us, we will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made via the same means of payment as that used for the initial order, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. Amount refunded
The refund will include the total amount of the order, including the initial delivery costs (if applicable). However, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of non-conformity or defect of the product.
4.3. Partial returns
If the order includes multiple products and the return is partial, only the returned products will be refunded. The initial delivery costs will not be refunded in the event of a partial return.
5. Exchange of Products
We do not offer an exchange option at this time. If you would like to obtain another product or another size, we invite you to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on the site.
6. Defective or Non-Compliant Products
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt at [contact email]. We will tell you how to return and replace or refund the defective product. The return and replacement costs will then be entirely our responsibility.
