1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

1.1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending an email to hello@juliemallet.com.

The withdrawal message must include:

  • Your name,
  • The order number,
  • The date of receipt of your order,
  • The products concerned by the return.

2. Product Return Conditions

2.1. Products eligible for return

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by all possible accessories (labels, instructions, etc.).

The following products cannot be returned, except in case of defect:

  • Personalized products (with a logo, for example)

    2.2. Return period

    Products must be returned within 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.

    3. Return Procedure

    To return a product, please follow these steps:

    • Generate your return label by logging into your customer account by clicking on the following link: https://account.juliemallet.com
    • Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging or any other packaging providing adequate protection.
    • Insert a copy of the order form or the withdrawal message in the package.

      The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the delivered product is defective or does not conform to the initial order. In this case, the costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.

      4. Refunds

      4.1. Refund period

      Once the products have been returned and checked by us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the initial order, unless otherwise agreed.

      4.2. Amount refunded

      The refund will include the total amount of the order, including initial delivery costs (if applicable). However, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of non-conformity or product defect.

      4.3. Partial returns

      If the order includes several products and the return is partial, only the returned products will be refunded. Initial delivery costs will not be refunded in case of partial return.

      5. Product Exchange

      We do not offer an exchange option at this time. If you wish to obtain another product or size, we invite you to return the original item for a refund, then place a new order on the website.

      6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

      In case of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt at [contact email]. We will provide you with instructions for returning and replacing or refunding the defective product. Return and replacement costs will then be entirely at our expense.
