Vira is a triptych pendant light in a neo-Provençal style designed to compose light within a space.
Bringing together three complementary volumes, it creates a visual rhythm that accompanies the interior architecture and naturally draws the eye. The different heights and proportions interact to form a single luminous presence.
When lit, Vira diffuses a soft, enveloping light. When off, it retains a strong sculptural dimension that contributes to the balance of the room.
Entirely 3D-printed in Marseille, it is made from bio-based PLA tinted with natural residues such as recycled scallop shells or coffee grounds. Each composition therefore features slight variations in color and texture that make it unique.
The shapes of Vira are inspired by the concrete sculptures created by Charles Gianferrari and Jacques Bertoux for the lobby of a building on Avenue Paul Doumer in Paris. They also evoke the turned legs of Provençal furniture, reinterpreted in a contemporary language.
