Pendulum is a designer pendant light inspired by the aesthetics of divinatory pendulums. Between balance, movement, and subtle perception, this architectural luminaire explores a minimalist graphic language designed for contemporary residential projects, hospitality, and trend-setting spaces.

Between functional object and symbolic form, Pendulum evokes the mystical world of pendulums traditionally used in fortune-telling, while retaining a resolutely contemporary interpretation. Its slender lines convey the idea of oscillation and fragile stability, at the boundary between functional object and symbolic form.

Composed of undulating and straight rods, the pendant creates a structuring vertical rhythm. Suspended by their cables, the pieces retain a slight freedom of movement despite the apparent rigidity of the structure, bringing a lively and subtle presence to the space.

Pendulum can be used as a single pendant or as a modular system. The different sizes: S, M and L, allow for varied installations: duo, triptych, or larger arrangements of four pieces or more. Variations in height, rhythm, and color offer great freedom of composition to meet architectural constraints and custom projects.

3D printed in PLA, a bioplastic made from corn starch, Pendulum is part of a research into sustainable and contemporary materials. PLA is colored by the addition of organic or mineral residues such as recycled scallop shells or mussels, coffee grounds, crushed brick... creating natural nuances and a unique texture.

Matériaux & coloris

Only the off-white, beige, and brown options are visible on the website. If you wish to create your custom color composition, please select "multicolor" and email me your preferences.

  • Off-white: PLA made from recycled scallop shells.
  • Green: PLA made from beets, minerals, and pigments.
  • Terracotta: PLA made from recycled crushed bricks.
  • Black: PLA made from recycled crushed slate.
  • Beige: PLA made from recycled mussel shells.
  • Brown: PLA made from recycled coffee grounds.

Object designed and printed in our workshop in Marseille.
