Table lamp 3D printed with PLA (a biomaterial based on corn and/or wheat starch) and recycled organic or mineral residues.
Its shape is inspired by the "Diploria labyrintiformis" also called the brain coral. It also refers to the algae drawings of Matisse, a lover of the French Riviera.
The corn or wheat starch used to create the PLA reels comes from the recovery of waste from existing crops for the food industry. The removable lampshade is made from PLA made from recycled scallop shells from the catering reuse sector in Normandy.
The base is available in 3 colors:
- Green: PLA based on mineral beets and pigments.
- Terracotta: PLA made from recycled crushed bricks.
- Black: PLA made from recycled crushed slate.
It is designed and manufactured in Marseille.
