Vira pendants were designed and made for Inné Society in Marseille. Alexis, the founder, wanted light fixtures that emitted a warm light for his chiropractic and gong room. His brief was clear: shapes inspired by the concrete sculptures created by Charles Gianferri and Jacques Bertoux for a building lobby on Avenue Paul Doumer in Paris. He also mentioned a pleated fabric effect.

We then designed 3 pendants of different sizes with turned shapes and textures with slightly undulating streaks to break up the rigid appearance of 3D printing: the Vira pendants.

Made entirely from recycled mussel shell PLA for his premises, we also made them for the Dorati concept store in Marseille in a two-tone scallop shell and colored base version. Each model is available in the range of materials offered for all objects: coffee ground PLA, crushed bricks...
