REFURBISHMENT
Refurbishment is based on a simple idea: to prevent still-usable parts from becoming waste. When an item reaches the end of its life but certain components can be salvaged, the studio can dismantle them, refurbish them, and give them a new life.
The studio's first creations are still new, and we hope that refurbishment is a distant prospect. However, thinking today about what objects will become tomorrow is an integral part of our design philosophy.
Once refurbished, these parts will be offered again on the website, in a dedicated section, at a deliberately reduced price. This approach allows both to extend the life of objects and to make some of the studio's creations more accessible.
If your item is still functional, especially in the case of lighting fixtures, we first encourage you to opt for second-hand by reselling it on platforms like Leboncoin or Selency.
Refurbishment comes into play when the initial use is no longer possible, but the material and components deserve to be reused.
_How to proceed?_
If you wish to consider a return, please contact us via the form below, indicating the item's reference and attaching some photos.
Depending on the size of the item, particularly for lighting fixtures, it may be necessary to dismantle certain components before shipping to facilitate transport and limit risks.
_Study and return slip_
Each request is reviewed individually by the studio. Once feasibility is confirmed, a return slip will be sent to you to prepare the shipment.
_Special cases, streetlights_
As floor lamps are bulky items, returning them can be more complex. For those located near Marseille, direct collection by the studio may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Consideration
As a thank you for this initiative, returning an item accepted for reconditioning will result in a 15% discount voucher valid for a future purchase.
