Zygi is a wall light entirely 3D printed with PLA made from recycled scallop shells. Its mobile zigzag arm is inspired by the wavy bars on windows and balconies so typical of Mediterranean cities. Its slightly textured pointed lampshade evokes a summer day under a scorching sun making drops of water bead. The choice of a light and natural material allows a soft and warm diffusion of light. This lamp was produced in two copies for the bathroom of a private client in Marseille. I am currently working on a fixed wall light variant and a suspension to be marketed.
